Silveridge Park Westerly is an active adult community in Berkeley Township. It’s located south of Route 70. Additionally it’s a few miles west of the Garden State Parkway. Furthermore, the local hospital is minutes away.

There’s a homeowners association, consequently a monthly association fee. The HOA fees don’t cover grass cutting and snow removal. But, this is a reason for the low HOA fees.

There are about 16,000 adult community homes in “Holiday City”. Due to the low taxes and low HOA fees, this a desirable place to live.
